2. Services Provided

We offer web development, software development, SEO, digital marketing, and related consulting services. The scope of work will be outlined in a formal proposal or contract for each project.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless agreed otherwise.

• Payments are due within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
• Late payments may incur a 5% penalty per month on the outstanding amount.
• We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made on time.

4. Delivery & Timelines

We will deliver the project based on the agreed timeline, subject to your cooperation.

• Delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide materials or feedback) may result in an adjusted delivery schedule.
• Any changes or additions beyond the initial scope may incur additional fees and impact the delivery time.

6. Confidentiality

7. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

• If terminated early, the client will be liable to pay for the work completed up to the termination date.
• Non-payment or breach of these terms may result in immediate termination.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered services.

• Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved in good faith through negotiation.

• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of England and Wales and the jurisdiction of UK courts.

10. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all relevant data protection laws in the UK and Europe.

• You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide complies with applicable regulations.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party will be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or via our website.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with the signed contract or proposal, represent the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior discussions and agreements.
